Public Consultation Process for Climate Action Plan

Government launched a public consultation process for the next Climate Action Plan last week. As part of this process, everyone has the opportunity to engage with an online Climate Conversations platform, this platform will seek people’s opinions on various elements of Climate Action and particularly perspectives on actions at a local level. Government want to hear from as many people as possible in order to ensure that a diverse range of perspectives and experiences inform the development of the next Climate Action Plan.

DRCD continues to be very involved with the processes to support Climate Action at a national level and would also encourage as many as possible to engage with this platform and ensure that all opinions are considered as part of this important process.

Please find the link to the platform below.
