The National Office for Community Safety are planning a Townhall Consultation on the

National Strategy for Improving Community Safety.

  • What the event is about: This event is part of the consultation process for the first National Strategy for Improving Community Safety.
  • Why you should attend: The National Strategy for Improving Community Safety is an opportunity to redefine and improve community safety across Ireland. This is your opportunity to contribute to and shape this strategy. The dialogue and conversations at this event will also have the potential to shape a Local Community Safety Plan for your area.

The consultation meeting will last up to 2 hours. It will consist of facilitated engagement activities to allow insight into people’s experiences and opinions on community safety.

The National Office team are facilitating these townhalls with support from local Local Community Safety Partnership (LCSP) teams.
