The WPPN Strategic Plan 2021-2025 is coming to an end and we’re looking for the input of our WPPN Members on what to include in a new plan.

Why is a new Strategic Plan needed and what will it be used for?

We want to know if you feel we delivered on these goals? Where can we improve? What barriers and challenges is your group facing in carrying out your voluntary and community work. Is there anything that we can do together to overcome these barriers and challenges? Where do you want us to concentrate our time and resources in the future?
The WPPN is a large umbrella organisation with nearly 1000 member groups. The organizational structure of the WPPN is flat. The WPPN Secretariat are elected from and by the membership and they guide the day-to-day running of the WPPN according to an Annual Workplan, which is agreed by the membership at Plenary Meetings.
The new Strategic Plan 2026-2030 will be used each year for the creation of the Annual Workplan and Allocation of our Budget.
Therefore having a well-thought out and clear plan will ensure that our work will be coordinated and in line with our member’s needs over the next five years.
