SafeTALK is a 3½ hr ‘suicide alertness’ programme that prepares participants to identify and engage with persons who may be having thoughts of suicide by using the steps of TALK (Tell, Ask, Listen and Keepsafe) Information on supports and resources available locally, regionally and nationally are also provided.  Dates of programmes are outlined below. Individual safeTALK Workshops can be delivered upon request to groups with a minimum of 12 participants by contacting the HSE Resource Officer for Suicide Prevention for your area (see below).



January 29th; March 7th; April 16th; June 11th; September 24th; November 7th.


February 12th;

March 26th; May 28th

July 9th; October 15th; December 10th.


January 30th, June 26th, November 6th.


March 13th, September 25th, November 27th.


February 20th, October 23rd.
