The Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment (DCEE) have launched aPublic Consultation on the development of the new (third) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) National Implementation Plan.
Deadline for receipt of submissions is January 16th 2026
The aim of this consultation is to gather stakeholder feedback on the preparation of Ireland’s Third SDG National Implementation Plan, which sets out the overarching national governance, coordination and monitoring framework for the SDGs in Ireland.

- How to make a submission
- Anyone wishing to submit observations can do so by email or post.
- The closing date for submissions is 5.30pm on Friday, 16 January 2026.
- Late submissions will not be considered.
- All valid submissions received will be published on the Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment website.
